Jailbroken device (Unc0ver or Checkra1n), with a packet manager (usually Cydia) and the original Pokemon Go app running (requires Kernbypass as Pokemon Go doesn't run on jailbreak otherwise)
If you put in an account and it gets perma-banned for botting a few months down the line, don't come crying to me. Note: SX-PokeGo is a tweak for jailbroken iOS devices - it is only a few months old and therefore caution is advised - use an alt account, preferably a throwaway you don't care about as there is currently no history as to how Niantic will treat accounts that may be detected to be using this.
